Buy A Fence – Put Shoes on a Child

It is with a great sense of privilege that we announce that Florida Fence will be undertaking a new project – doing our part to make life a little easier for orphan children worldwide.

Buckner International distributes shoes, as well as other services, to needy individuals around the globe. Their mission statement is to transform the lives of vulnerable orphan children, enrich the lives of senior adults, and build strong families through Christ-centered values.  Buckner’s connections and distribution capabilities allow Florida Fence to make a small but meaningful difference worldwide, from right here in Sarasota, Florida.

Beginning September 1, 2015, Florida Fence will donate a pair of sturdy tennis shoes to Buckner International for every fence we sell and install. These shoes will be collected, and sent to Buckner at quarterly intervals for distribution wherever the need is currently greatest.

And we would like to include you in the process of giving to these children. After your fence is installed, we will ask if you would like to take a photo with a pair of shoes, or to write a short note for the child that will receive them. We will tuck the photo and note into the pair of shoes, making your gift personal. One day soon, a child in need across the world will joyfully receive a new pair of shoes – and have a small connection with you, the person who cared enough to send them.

Thank you for helping us to make a difference, and to share love with those less fortunate.  At Florida Fence, you’ve purchased more than just a fence. You’ve given hope.

I absolutely love my new fence. I got bids from several other companies but Florida Fence was significantly lower and they were fabulous to work with...I wanted a fence that afforded privacy but still let the breezes in. They did a beautiful job for me. And when they finished up in my yard, everything was as clean as a whistle. In fact, my neighbor was so impressed he signed them up on the spot to build a new fence in his own yard!
